So you've touched on it a bit already, but describe the, the concept of human factors and, and non-technical skills and how they are commonly the root of the problem when we look at the numbers from literature around the world when it comes to analyzing mistakes.

All right.

Well, let's, let's, let's just talk about non-technical skills because, because CRM is really what, uh, um, um, it incorporates or encompasses what we call non-technical skills.

Um, and they comprise three groups, and I'll go through those groups in a second.

Um, those non-technical, technical skills are also sometimes referred to as soft skills, but soft skills is perhaps not such a good term to use because it sort of implies that it's not that important if they're soft skills as opposed to hard skills.

But I suppose anybody, a pilot needs to be able to fly an airplane.

As an anesthetist, I need to be able to put a patient to sleep and to wake them up again safely.

Yeah.

So my first question to you is what message is B2Gold bringing to this year's Mining Expo?

Yeah, Angie, a, a number of good messages.

Um, I think the most important for us, uh, for Otjikoto specifically is the, the Antelope project, um, which is really the future for, for B2Gold Namibia.

Um, we, uh, we had our first blast, uh, at the project on the 27th of February this year.

And, um, this, this discovery, um, really breathes new life into the Otjikoto mine, um, extending our, our mi- our, our gold production and our life of mine.

So that's really gonna be the key focus area.

And then, of course, also, um, continued exploration, uh, around the Otjikoto deposit.
