And, you know, of course, with Epoch Times still, I've been there a long time.

But I was investigating John Liu.

John Liu, former city council member, Flushing, Queens, one of the big Chinese communities, later became New York City Comptroller and later ran for, you know, governor of New York or sorry, mayor of New York.

They wanted to push him to be president, according to some of the backroom statements.

But eventually, John Liu was investigated by the FBI.

And what had happened was he had members of his campaign who were getting straw donors from within the Chinese community.

He was meeting with top members of various Chinese tongs, T-O-N-G-S, which are like fraternal organizations.

Eventually, New York Times blew the lid on the FBI investigation.
