Well, they really had to change their whole attitude and their whole approach to it in terms of the scale of the investigation and trying to understand these people, more particularly trying to get their heads round how many children could be involved and how many bodies could be up on the moor.

It got so sensational, and the focus was, "Oh, my gosh, how did these people get away with this, and we didn't know?" And the victims, who are kids, kinda got lost in the mix.

John Kilbride was only 12, and we know that he had, he had been out kinda shopping, given some fun money, and was kinda out there doing his own thing.

And Keith Bennett, who was also 12, he was known to be really cheerful.
