I've always done martial arts and then I'm lucky enough to know John Kavanagh, who's SBG, kind of known well for being Conor McGregor's coach.

And I knew Conor from when he started.

I started around 2001 in John Cavanagh's gym.

And then he walked in, this little brash kind of kid that did a bit of boxing.

And he became our striking coach because we never had one.

He brought him into a lab, lab tested him.

And then the team came here, about five or six of them.

John Cavanaugh brought a few guys over.

And we trained for a week.

Um, I was like, damn, we all have access to this.

If you live next to a gym, like if you lived in Ireland, you could go to probably to Conor McGregor's gym and train with John Cavanaugh.

Like we all have that.

If you live there, you train there, well, you're going to be around these coaches.
