Two more names have been added to the meeting President Kennedy is having in New York this evening.

Arthur Dean, who headed our delegation at the disarmament talks, and John McCloy, the president's advisor on disarmament.

were called in to join Secretary Rusk and Ambassador Stevenson in a preview of the speech the President will deliver to the U.N. General Assembly tomorrow.

He flew down from Cape Cod a little over an hour ago.

He's going in and out of the banking meetings that are going on where the allies are across the table from the Nazis and they're all kind of in Switzerland.

Uh, and what I noticed is that when the two brothers came back from post-World War II and, uh, John McCloy, also somebody most people don't know about that this period of time is my, uh, in my book is my, uh, estimation 1953, John Foster Dulles walks into, uh, the state department highest position in America, uh, in foreign policy, unelected.

His brother walks into the CIA, also in the State Department, second highest position in the country, unelected.

And I firmly believe from that point on, the State Department no longer worked for the United States of America at all.

So we paid for the reconstruction of Europe.

from the German Marshall Fund that is still a billion dollar NGO to this day.

And if you look at his board, but its first board was David Rockefeller and John McCloy and all the same guys that were denazifying Germany.

Well, who funded the original one? West Germany.

You know, I wanna ask you, 'cause I, I, I have a book right now that deals with 1944 to 1954 and all the lies that we were told, um, about Switzerland being neutral and everything that happened after.

So go back to Philadelphia, okay? We had, the Ford Foundation was heavily involved in promoting Black migration into ethnic neighborhoods in Philadelphia.

The Ford Foundation, they're, they're white guys by Jo- like John J. McCloy, who was a factotum for the Rockefellers, was the lord high commissioner for the American occupying forces in Germany after World War II, and now he's head of the Ford Foundation.

He gets, uh, li- uh, uh, uh, creates this Black minister by the name of Leon Sullivan, who goes down to North and South Carolina and recruits Blacks to bring them up to, uh, to the, the, the ethnic neighborhoods in Philadelphia.

And so what happens, it's an Ir-- This is where I first lived as a child.

... what I told you about the relationship between John J. McCloy, the Ford Foundation, Leon Sullivan, and Black migration in Philadelphia.

And John McCloy, nobody even knows who that guy is.

And again— I also believe that the Dulles brothers and a guy that every American should know his name, John McCloy, the guy that World Bank guy.

But he was part of the denazification of Germany after World War Two.

And if you're not aware, we are supposed to believe, according to the history books, the Dulles brothers and that regime, that somehow within three years of Hitler surrendering, millions of committed Nazis all over Germany were now our allies.

The Galen Organization, as most people know, was folded into the CIA.

Again, John McCloy running the operation over there in post-World War II Germany.

But what I'm telling you is that everything you've been told about the post-World War II order is a lie.

At the same time, what I found and I believe to be true when we get to Operation Paperclip is there's another man, and he doesn't come up, and the American people should know his name.

His name is John McCloy.

He ran the World Bank, but then he went on to run the, um...

What was it called? It was called, uh, the denazification of Germany is what John McCloy was supposed to be running over there.

So John McCloy and Allen Dulles essentially make the decision for the entire United States of America, the moral bargain that now within three years, the totalitarian Nazi millions are now our allies, and the Russians and the communists are our enemy.
