And then we'll have Democratic Senator John Hickenlooper facing off against his Republican challenger Mark Baisley October 14th, 6.30 to 7.30 on KTVD Channel 20 and streaming on 9 News.

That debate, live from MSU Denver on the Auraria campus.

something that goes deep, deep into our culture.

We've got an attorney general's debate coming up between Jenna Griswold and Michael Allen, the district attorney down in El Paso County.

Hickenlooper is the Democratic incumbent for Senate.

Griswold's the current Secretary of State running for Attorney General.

And then we're going to have two other kind of different events this cycle to kind of reach candidates where they're at, so to speak.

And we will host a debate in the race for Senate.

When America's veterans fall on hard times, it can be a long road to recovery, a road they do not have to walk alone in Colorado.

My guess is that's the worst case scenario.

Uh, uh, uh, A well known in the no Democrat up here compared Pappas to Hickenlooper out in Colorado.

Right.

Here's someone who center left, you know, didn't seem to face any real difficulties and then was confronted with an unexpectedly strong challenge from a lightly regarded progressive candidate.

That, to me, still feels like the worst case scenario for Pappas.

Not an outright upset, but I would bet on Karishma Manzoor, Pappas's Democratic opponent doing better than, I think, a lot better than Scott Brown is going to do, the former Massachusetts senator, now New Hampshire resident, how Scott Brown is going to do against John Sununu, Chris Sununu's brother, former U.S. senator up here next Tuesday.

So I don't want to put you on the spot as far as an actual projection, but I believe Hickenlooper run by single digits.
