5:45
How is the founder to deal with that?
5:48
Well, whenever you're dealing with a woman, if I'm a man, I'll just say how I use this, and I call it gender intelligence.
5:54
We need something in the workplace has become very popular, emotional intelligence, which is not letting people upset you, being an example, leading the way.
6:03
But even when you're that, that's very good.
6:05
That's emotional intelligence.
6:06
Beyond that is if I'm a man, I'm dealing with a woman.
6:10
I want to make sure I build connection before we focus on just getting the job done, which is a man will like, okay, let's do it.

22 MINS LATER

28:34
What's the challenge you face right now?
55:50
There's a need for this kind of guidance really across many cultures.
55:54
Men don't understand how women are different.
55:57
Women don't understand how men are different.
56:00
So when those differences show up, often we wanna say something's wrong with our partner.
56:05
So many people know Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus, but it's the, the culture has changed.
56:10
So some of our insights for having lasting love, great sex, passion, romance, all that stuff, we need to have new insights.
56:17
What happens as women become providers, a new dynamic sets up, and we need to know new communication skills for that equality in the relationship.

16 MINS LATER

71:56
Mm.
speaker_3NARRATOR
36:07
it's,
36:09
but you first, when it comes to a woman, you want to first raise her estrogen.
36:13
If estrogen levels go up, her stress level will go down.
36:17
When her stress level goes down, she can think more reasonably and also more positively on an emotional level.
36:24
So I know you get this, but let me give another little story here for everybody listening.
36:30
This is imagination here for a moment.
36:33
We have this hippocampus in our brain, and it's the memory.

44 MINS LATER

speaker_3NARRATOR
80:42
you
15:11
Can you explain the biology of business, specifically how a man or woman can stay in their peak performance zone without crashing their testosterone or oxytocin levels?
15:25
Yes, which is, I will mention the whole oxytocin thing, which is there's a lot of research showing oxytocin lowers a woman's stress.
15:34
There's no doubt about it.
15:35
But oxytocin doesn't lower a woman's stress if her estrogen levels are too low.
15:40
Let's just...
15:41
The research backs that up, but nobody seems to recognize the importance of estrogen for women because they want to sell women estrogen injections or creams in order to help her cope with stress.
15:53
Sometimes it can help.

8 MINS LATER

23:56
How does understanding these masculine and feminine stress responses allow a leader to scale their empire without burning out their nervous system, John?
5:49
Hmm.
5:50
It's the opposite.
5:51
It's opposite what everybody thinks.
5:52
And for women it's, now we gotta turn it around.
5:55
Whenever a woman is stressed, unhappy, overwhelmed, or disconnected from joy and happiness and love- When she's disconnected, she's more on her male side and not enough on her female side.
6:07
Nothing wrong with being on your male side if you can stay balanced, and of course, this is the Balance Beautiful Abundant show, and part of being balanced is connecting to the beautiful part of your femininity.
6:18
Softer, kinder, gentler, but also clearer about what you want, what you need, but knowing how to communicate in a way that takes into consideration how this is-- how what I'm saying is being heard.
10:20
Hmm.
12:03
So-
12:04
Maybe that's too many terms for some people.
12:08
So let me simplify.
12:09
We have a male and a female side, and we're happiest when we're in harmony with our male and female side, when they're in balance.
12:17
So in any act of creation...
12:21
Your hormones are going in balance.
12:22
You're in a flow state.

20 MINS LATER

32:07
Her
speaker_1UNKNOWN
6:29
Oh.
6:31
I said, sweetheart, I love you so much.
6:33
I love Bonnie so much.
6:35
And you're so lucky because you get more love than Bonnie got.
6:38
Because healing, grieving for two years after Bonnie died opened my heart even more.
6:45
And a good grieving process does change your life.
6:48
And so I am so much more grateful and appreciated for the love my wife has for me.

39 MINS LATER

45:40
Let's go.
speaker_3UNKNOWN
6:43
me?
6:46
I said, sweetheart, I love you so much.
6:48
I love Bonnie so much.
6:50
And you're so lucky because you get more love than Bonnie got.
6:54
Because healing, grieving for two years after Bonnie died opened my heart even more.
7:00
And a good grieving process does change your life.
7:03
And so I am so much more grateful and appreciated for the love my wife has for me.

39 MINS LATER

45:55
Let's go.
6:04
At 17 years old, you'd signed up to become a monk.
6:07
Well, I was 14 to 17 and 18.
6:11
I was I think it's 18 years around that time.
6:16
I was sex, drugs and rock and roll all the way.
6:18
You know, after Woodstock, we had a text.
6:21
I'm from Texas.
6:22
There was Woodstock.

19 MINS LATER

25:23
That when I start with a position of gratitude and I start with a position of generosity, I begin a loop and it becomes a cycle that repeats itself, not just relationally or emotionally, but a cycle that actually leads you on a physiological loop that self-perpetuates positivity,
5:59
highHmm
6:01
It's the opposite.
6:02
It's the opposite of what everybody thinks.
6:04
And for women, it's ...
6:05
Now we gotta turn it around.
6:06
Whenever a woman is stressed, unhappy, overwhelmed, or disconnected from joy and happiness and love, when she's disconnected, she's more on her male side and not enough on her female side.
6:19
Nothing wrong with being on your male side if you can stay balanced, and of course, this is the Balance Beautiful Abundant show, and part of being balanced is connecting to the beautiful part of your femininity.
10:32
Hmm.
15:40

1:29
What are your recommendations as a wisdom teacher in this very field that would help someone just let go of all the conditions that they're putting on themselves?
1:41
Well, I really like what you're saying a lot.
1:43
What I look at everything through a lens.
1:45
That's my, my lane is the lens of Taoist.
1:49
You are Taoist.
1:50
So I also, you know, taught China for 18 years.
1:53
So I'm very much into Taoism.

31 MINS LATER

32:48
And it's an interesting way to start integrating your own alchemical process.
25:53
Give me a space to be for 10 minutes.
25:56
That's right.
25:57
That's right.
25:57
So she sets the goal.
25:59
He thou knows it's just 10 minutes because part of testosterone is you have to have a beginning and an end.
26:04
It's a goal.
26:05
We have to get to run our race.

15 MINS LATER

41:26
How does a woman do that as a leader in the workplace? Well,
30:27
Walk us through this.
30:32
Simple explanation.
30:34
Democrats can't win on the issues.
30:37
They want to win in the courtroom.
30:39
We've seen this with President Trump.
30:41
We've seen this actually really for a long time.
30:44
It wasn't just President Trump.
33:07
eight years ago so i mean why are we doing this because this is a seven year window this happened from this day i mean you know i guess seven and some change though whenever election day rolls around but it's it's that that's the 2018 stuff doesn't matter as it pertains to this discussion
5:45
If you like this content, click subscribe so other people know where to go for the cool stuff.
5:49
Thank you.
5:50
There's been a huge amount of research for women's health.
5:54
And for a long time, they didn't do studies on women because they had their cycle.
5:58
And so the results would be skewed by whether you're in what stage of your cycle you're in.
6:04
So it was mainly research done on men.
6:06
And what they found is that when they started really doing research into women, they realized that women have a range of estrogen, which is associated with when she's happy or when she's stressed.

31 MINS LATER

37:45
And then it's like, well, how are you feeling about it? And tell us why it's kind of a trap for a man to reciprocate into that.
121:30
Mm-hmm.
121:31
If you have emotions and you need to be heard, that's a Venus talk.
121:35
Don't introduce solutions to that.
121:37
Then when you go to a Mars talk, she's basically knowing you're talking to somebody who's gonna be completely logical, and you learn how to keep a conversation logical.
121:45
And she has to learn how to keep her emotions out of it.
121:48
So, so if emotions come up in trying to solve a problem, are we gonna go here on vacation or here on vacation? We're gonna spend this much money here.
121:54
What are investments gonna be? These are charged topics.

34 MINS LATER

speaker_3UNKNOWN
155:55
Mm-hmm.
6:05
We'll do anything.
6:07
We will.
6:07
And it's hard for women, you know, this is kind of compassionate book for women to understand that their whole biology was never designed, has never been designed to be making money, providing for the family.
6:19
They can do that, but they have to make certain adjustments in how they have relationships.
6:25
Because hormonally, when a woman is making money, when she's responsible for her survival and solo, men get no credit for being responsible for their survival.
6:39
You know, it's kind of like in the past, a woman, I'm so grateful, I don't have to go out there and do the dirty, dangerous, difficult, challenging jobs, face uncertainty and danger every day.
6:48
She had a lot of gratitude for that, a lot of appreciation for that.

19 MINS LATER

26:08
And so one of the things I know you've talked about is your approach of combining communication techniques, which you're sharing now, and with healthy nutritional choices as an example so as we look to optimize estrogen and testosterone both for men and women what are nutritional choices and things think people should be thinking about to optimize their hormones and overall health
speaker_2UNKNOWN
16:42
Oh.
16:42
[laughs] See, women will share their feelings, and guys will say, "You know, I just feel blamed." And she says, "But I'm only sharing my feelings.
16:49
I just want to share my feelings." [laughs] They have no awareness that it's like they've taken a machine gun out to this guy who would give his life for her and just shooting him down, mowing him down with a machine gun.
16:59
And he shuts down, 'cause they think...
17:01
They don't know that they're blaming.
17:02
They say, "Oh, I'm just sharing my feelings." And all the relationship coaches and the therapists say, "I'm supposed to share my feelings." No.
17:10
You don't just share your feelings if your feelings are blaming him.

12 MINS LATER

29:40
I remember.
14:58
Okay,
14:58
so you need to have, and high testosterone, really I mean normal testosterone.
15:03
It's just today what we have is a drop in testosterone levels in men.
15:08
So normal testosterone levels for your body type, and it's different for every man based upon your body type.
15:14
if you have what's called a mesomorph body type, you have born with more muscle mass, you have to maintain more testosterone.
15:22
If you have an ectomorph body type, which is you don't really have the genes for a lot of muscles, then you need to have less testosterone for your normal amount.
15:32
So it's different for different men.

51 MINS LATER

67:00
But from you having your foot in both the East and the West, and you said this is controversial because I guess the mainstream Western medicine would probably discount some of these ideas that your testosterone is going to be aligned with your ejaculation frequency or the- Oh no, that's
