And when I say many instructors, the majority of the instructors are not grade A. It's gone up a little bit, I believe, but I can't remember the most recent stats.

For me, you should naturally be getting a grade A.

It might be a low grade A, but any decent instructor should be getting that just by paying attention.

And my apologies if you feel you've been cheated by the DVSA or you feel your pupil let you down on the day or you feel that you teach disabled people and so you're a special case or whatever.
