So she's programmed that town.

I gotta take a moment, by the way, to say that I bloody love Garrett Dillahunt, despite knowing him from only one random thing.

He plays a character called John Dory in the Walking Dead spin-off.

I wanted to stop watching that show because it wasn't very good, but I had to keep watching for a while because this guy in that role was just too awesome.
