John de Mol Jr.

I think it is, like, one of the most influential things of all time.

The guy who is credited with creating it is a guy called John de Mol, sometimes also known as the King of Trash TV.

You said it, I didn't.

Well, I'm gonna say Big Brother, and I'm gonna say, and I wish we'd done it in 1999.

You know, we all watched The Truman Show, and John de Mol obviously came out of that cinema and went, "Oh, I'm just gonna turn this into a TV show"

And then he did, and then he sold that business for five and a half billion euros.
