Uh, it became unconstitutional, so, uh, there were a bunch of lawsuits that, that, uh, like, jumped around, uh, the, like, uh, around different parts of the country.

Uh, GOA, Silencer Shop Foundation, PSA, B&T, uh, they sued, um, in Texas, in the Northern District of Texas.

Uh, ASA, which is American Sports Association, NRA, FPC sued in Missouri.

There was also a follow-on case down in Texas called Jensen, which was a copy and paste of the GOA case, with one exception, which I will get to after the commercial break.

I mean, if she would've signed it, the day that she would've signed it, we were ready to file at that point.

But she delayed it by sending it back down to the legislature, which I think was a delay tactic, and it came back up, and she waited and waited and waited to sign it, and when she finally signed it, it was go time.
