Awesome.

My experience started as a young child, but I...

You know, it's funny.

I always knew that medical was not something I wanted to go into.

I can handle a little bit of blood or a little bit of, you know, guts, whatever, but it's not.

I've never been, I've always known that I was never going into medical.

And I met a girl in college.

you know this this kind of conversation so it's been a lot of fun to to put together you know there were some some recommendations that colin had for us to put some incentives in there and so we have that built in somebody progresses to a certain point or they spend a certain amount of time with training then they they get a bonus or they they get some sort of incentive that's just automatically there practice doesn't need to worry about it we we take care of it but it's been been fun
