John B. Goodenough

Alexander is an energy transition fellow at the Energy Institute of the University of Texas at Austin.

His latest venture, Group One, is based on technology developed in the labs of UT Austin professor and Nobel laureate John Goodenough.

also known as the inventor of the lithium ion battery.

Alexander founded Adveno, a silicon anode company out of Y Combinator.

The one that comes to mind is the man who was instrumental in creating lithium ion batteries and making them consumer products.

His name is, and I'm not making this up, it is John B. Goodenough.
