When did you realise, and this is before social media, but when did it occur to you people watch these shows, not because of just the makeovers, because they like your personality, they're engaged with you?

What if they don't? Do you know, I think I've been lucky that I've appealed the things.

I used to do a lot of hosting, you know, events, ladies' lunches, award ceremonies.
