Joey Costanzo

You mentioned the, uh, i- import players th- they, they brought in and then are making noise.

But I, I think this is gonna be a tough year, particularly after you graduate a guy like Joey Costanzo and off he goes.

Uh, so I, I like the least the Windsor Spitfires in the west this year.

Interesting, yeah.

Yeah, and I, so that's like, to me it's like O- OAA has, has proven that he can get to that level, but you know, can, is it, what does it look like when you extrapolate that out over a full season? And is it the s- is it the same level when he's asked to be the guy, you know, two nights a week, every week like Bartoszkiewicz was last year? And I guess that gets into where I would, you know, the rest of the goaltending room is I don't think they're gonna need Bartoszkiewicz to be the guy every week.

I think there's gonna be weekends where you sh- you should see Joey Costanzo worked in, and it might not be a ton of starts, you know, maybe s- to see him get like six to eight on the year, somewhere in that range.

But-

It's certainly more than last year, right?

Uh, he's the guy.

He's the number one, and he's gonna be, you know, when postseason rolls around, he's, I'd be floored he's not the guy, you know, that gets the nod barring injury.

But I think they very much view Joey Costanzo as a future starter, kind of the heir apparent.

And you're kinda doing yourself a disservice in terms of preparing him to be, you know, compete to be the guy next year.

And then obviously I'd go through the whole lineup, but those three really jump out to really lead this group.

in goal, Joey Costanzo did some phenomenal things for you for a long, long time.

Now he has graduated.

What happens there for the Windsor Spitfires?
