pick three do you move it do you push it do you slide it is there a way to get up what is your view on the talent available at pick three and have you narrowed your group already around what that selection looks like

yeah the boys have done a lot of work on what the group looks like it's um uh it's a it's a pretty talented group obviously at the top and they generally are so but from the position type as well sort of suits what we need for sort of through the middle of the ground and forward to centre.

And we've got lots of successful people who literally started at the club 10 or 20 years ago and are now in kind of more senior roles now.

And even if you look at our coaching group, for instance, you know, between Jamie Graham, Joel Corey, Jade Rawlings, all very senior experienced people that, you know, want to be part of something special.

What's been the biggest challenge for you as president of Fremantle Football Club?

I think it's always making sure that just recognising there's so many distractions out there and so much noise, and so you get all this kind of attention on you, particularly as we've been having success during this year.

Justin Longmuir was an assistant coach at Collingwood in 18 and assistant coach at West Coast in 15.
