You know, he was named the starting quarterback.

Have you thought about how it's gonna hit you Sunday at 1:00?

W- I'm gonna figure it out.

Yeah, appreciate you having me.

[laughs] The great Joel Bitonio joining us, uh, on the hotline.

And Andrew Berry has always talked about, you know, valuing big guys and making sure you get them when you can o- on both sides of the ball.

And listen, they've done this before with a guy who played tackle in college, and they moved him to guard, and he ended up having a pretty good career in Joel Bitonio.

[chuckles] So, you know, Austin Corbett's another guy weirdly who played tackle in, in college, same place as Joel Bitonio.

Actually replaced Joel Bitonio in college, uh, and moved to the interior and didn't have as great a career, but he's still going, uh, in the NFL as an interior lineman.

So this is certainly not unheard of, and Ashley, like, it, when we talk about best five, I, I just wonder if there's some conversations going on in that building about like, are we sure Austin Barber-- Like, Barber and Jenkins are both gonna make the roster, but are we sure Austin Barber isn't part of that best five?

Yeah, and the other thing that's interesting in all this is the fact that Tevin Jenkins has been pretty snake-bitten in terms of injuries throughout his career.

And, and people in LA, if you're real swift, Zendejas owns a Mexican restaurant out there in LA, east side.

Uh, Joel, uh, Bitonio, I believe he's played a bunch of...

I believe he played, uh, quite a while in the NFL.

Henry Rolling, that was a linebacker for the Chargers.

You know, guyles, guys like...

And Denzel Ward's still there, but pretty much everybody else, Odell Teller, Joel Bitonio, Jack Conklin, you know, all of these guys are gone now.

Nick Chubb, um, Amari Cooper.

Um, that, as that group aged out, they weren't able to put young talent in its place.
