Joe McDonagh Cup

Group B then will be made up of the fifth and sixth teams in 2027.

So there'll be no relegation along with the two Joe McDonagh Cup finalists.

So whoever finishes in the final in the Joe McDonagh next year will also be brought into Leinster.

The McDonagh Cup itself then will be another four teams.

So just the way I explain it is the top two teams from Group A, that's teams ranked one, two, three and four.

would advance directly to the provincial semi-finals, while the bottom two teams in Group A would play the top two in Group B.

And the two losing semi-finals will play each other to see who finishes third.

So they still go through.
