Uh, immediately, uh, Denny and I both thought, "This, I think this is worse." And I got a call, I can't remember the order in which I got them, but I had a, got a call from my deputy mayor, uh, Joe Lhota, who told me, "It's a disaster down here.

People are jumping out of buildings."
