victory?

There were two vacancies at the Third Circuit in the spring of last year when this case was originally up on review.

How did we get to what we got here? Well, in part, we have to thank Leader Thune.

We have to thank Senate GOP leadership for making sure that we got those vacancies filled.

And the NRA played a part in that.

That was a considerable part of what we were – working on last year was was ensuring that the administration the senate was moving those moving to fill those vacancies as quickly as possible because getting those judges into those circuits is how we are getting the results we are getting because at this point now we have a conservative majority in the third circuit and uh and that was yeah so if we look at this case in particular The original oral arguments on ANJRPC were held last July.

And the original three-judge panel that was assigned to that... did not look particularly promising.
