Joe Galante

It's a little more difficult these days, but just walk into anything.

And, and I'd see, you know, back then Joe Galante was running Sony and just use him as example.

Oh, and this back up just a little bit.

They told me to, to subscribe or pick up the music room magazine, which now you can do online.

See those names.

See those pictures.

So when I started to see Joe Galante at things, again, just using him as an example, there's many.

But I would go, oh, that's Joe Galante.

You know, and think about, you know, getting my first record deal on Capricorn and all the people that were involved in that.

And then Joe Galante signing me and all that, everything that was with that and how difficult it was for me to get my songs played early on.

And the fact that nobody would take us on the road because we didn't have a hit.

And but all that.

Um...

I was at home and my manager, Clint Hyam, called me and he says, me and Joe want to come by and talk to you.

And Joe, that never happens, right? And it was Joe Galante.

What went through your mind when that happened? Well, I went, oh, you know, I mean, maybe someone died, something's wrong, whatever.
