I don't know that West Virginia has the two dudes that Cincinnati has on the left side of that offensive line.

Joe Cotton and Tenga Stahl are both really good.

Tenga Stahl specifically is probably the best guard in the league.

So they're going to open up holes against anybody.

Evan Tangladesh is the left guard who is going to be an NFL draft pick.

Joe Cotton is somebody that I voted for, all Big 12 conference type of offensive tackle.

And Utah came in and yeah, they gave up 193 yards on the ground, but it felt like they were able to get enough stops.

to make them inefficient on the ground where they weren't able to get that going.

Yeah, I think obviously when you're talking about the Cincinnati offense, it starts with the run game, right? It's what we open the show with, talking about that offensive line.

Joe Cotton and Evan Tengledish are really good offensive linemen.

And I hope I said his last name right, because he's a dude, he's a stud.

And those are the guys that set the tone up front for them.

He's the lead.

And listen, he's paired beside what coming into the year was one of the best tackles in the league in Joe Cotton.

And so what they do on the left side of this offensive line is it's elite.

It is.

It's all about the edge.

Like if Utah can control the edge, UC is going to have a hard time scoring in this game, but they have been so good, especially with Joe Cotton on the left side and Evan Tengestal on the left side of really pushing their will forward.

over in that area and then the defense has to focus on that side and then they run a nice little cut back or they they throw you off with their schemes a little bit i think that scott satterfield as much as i give him guff you know watching the game and seeing some different results that we've seen over the years i think that he has correctly schemed for jc french not asking him to make the throws that brendan sorsby made last year because anytime i see jc french throw deep i'm like just overthrow him if you're going to miss.

Just make it real bad because he's much more of an intermediate passer than he is anything down

They – where they're really good at running the ball is outside the tackles, outside zone type stuff.

They have – like their left side of the line – Joe Cotton, make sure that I say their names correctly here.

These are all like draft type picks for these guys.

Yeah, Joe Cotton at left tackle, Evan Tingestall, and then Teron Tayo, I think is how you say it.

He's the center.

But anyway, that's where their strength probably of their entire team is.

Yeah.

And that's where Cincinnati's bread and butter is because of guys like Evan Tengesdal, Joe Cotton, Terrence Higho, three legit NFL prospects up there in the offensive line.

And Evan Tengesdal may be a, a second rounder at, at most this season-

It's gonna be all about a question of, number one, does Cincinnati control the game with the elite offensive line, with Joe Cotton and those guys in the O-line? Because the pressure is ratcheted up.
