Jim JorgensenHOST
well?So with everything you guys just said, for organizations that might be contemplating starting a specialty program or for organizations that are already in the game and are thinking about expanding, where should they start?

Joe CesarzGUEST
Yeah, when we look at overall opportunities, either for a new program or a program that exists and thinking about growing, right, we always start with, with the biggest circle that we can and kind of l- then screen it down into what's the overall capturable opportunity.

Joe CesarzGUEST
So, you know, step one is looking at what's the overall prescribing opportunity across your organization.

Joe CesarzGUEST
So for everything that's being written out of your clinics, your health system, right, what's the total value associated with that, that book of business? And then obviously, we all know within that there's specific patient groups that you can't fill for for different reasons.

Joe CesarzGUEST
It might be there's restricted dispensing networks through a payer, where a patient that has a specific PBM has to fill through an external pharmacy.

Joe CesarzGUEST
There may be situations where you're unable to access the drug on the buy side, and so you may not be able to fill for that patient either.

Joe CesarzGUEST
And so once you take the total opportunity and subtract out your payer restrictions, your manufacturer purchasing restrictions, you're left what we consider that overall total available opportunity or, or capturable opportunity for your specialty pharmacy.

Angie AmatoGUEST
What is the trajectory in regards to going forward and the additional opportunity that there is? How do you get there? It's not, it's not a sprint, it's a marathon in times, and how do we support them every step of the way?
