How did the Calyxo opportunity come to you? And did you have in your mind that I want to be CEO, I want to run a company? Was that something, a box you wanted to check?

It wasn't so much a box that I wanted to check, but I would say in the middle years at Neotrack, I thought it was a role that would be engaging and exciting for me.

And So after a few years under Teleflex, which was also a great experience there again, integrating one company into another and making that transition, I reached a point where I realized the next thing for me wasn't there.

I wasn't at Teleflex.

And my passion is developing new technology and growing them.

I think we announced that we had treated 400,000 patients with the UroLift system.

And I just couldn't look in the mirror anymore and say, this is still new.
