And we're absolutely thrilled to have our guest tonight, this afternoon, Joanne Chang, who is the founder of the Flour Bakery and Café group in Boston, and also Myers + Chang restaurant.

And I can vouch for all of them.

But it's also that hospitality, that experience.

And there are some Actually, Joanne Chang, who's the founder of Flour Bakery in Boston, she's a really kind of well-known figure in our ecosystem.

She talked years ago before AI, you know, well before AI, about hospitality to you might be different than hospitality to me.

She said, when I think about hospitality, I think of walking into one of my bakeries and someone looks me in the eye and says, good morning, and hands me a muffin and says, have a great day.

I'm really excited for this one.

She is the pastry chef in Boston behind Flour Bakery, and it's called The Joy of Cookies.

Okay, peeps, hear me out.

If you don't know Joanne, she is someone I've gotten to know through the work we both do with Share Our Strength No Kid Hungry, and she's just awesome.

Joanne graduated from Harvard with a degree in applied math and economics, and she worked as a management consultant and then walked away from it all to bake.

Lucky for us.

She opened her first Flour in Boston South End in 2000, and she now has 11 locations around Boston and Cambridge.
