Joanna, can you tell us a little more about the Professional Practice Program and your role within it?

Thank you for having me here in the program.

And, um, yeah, so the Professional Practice Program is basically modeled on student co-ops, but the main difference is that I don't work with students.

I work with professionals who already have work experience.

So these are foreign-trained professionals who arrived here in the province and are looking to enter their profession, their, their sector, their, their industry here in Nova Scotia.

You know, we're here because we're talking about this program as a big value for employers, for local employers.

And it is.
