Jivana Heyman

[gentle music] Hello, welcome to the Accessible Yoga Podcast.

I'm Jivana.

My pronouns are he and him, and I'm so glad you're here with me today.

Uh, I'm actually back home, joining you from Santa Barbara, California, which is Chumash land.

Hey.

Hi.

Hi, Jivana.

Lovely to be here.

It's just one of the aspects of yoga we've started to learn more about.

Joe and I have just started doing accessible yoga training with Jivana Heyman and other amazing teachers.

We're loving learning from experts in this field that we're so passionate about, and also it's a chance to connect to a global community.

We're still in lockdown, and it's nice to have something positive to focus on.
