Yes.

And in that setting, you sometimes you see some great examples of leadership and unfortunately you see some really poor examples of leadership.

And, uh, I ended up just kind of getting a bug for, for leadership and wanting to learn about it.

And so, uh, got my master's degree in organizational leadership, and then from there, just became just a total leadership junkie.

Um, got into, uh, you know, the program that I graduated from.

They asked me to come back and, and be a professor in that organization.

So got to do that, and, um, just, just absorbed everything that I could regarding leadership.
