Jim Rowley

I wasn't looking, but I got a call from a recruiter because they were ready to step into the next inning of their growth.

And so this guy named Jim Rowley, it was really interesting.

So my process, you know, normally you have all these meetings and you go up and like mine started with the CEO, Jim Rowley.

And he helped craft a vision for me of a bring your unique skill sets here, put the gas that you got in the engine of this company and work with me.

And I'll help you see around the corners you've not been around because you either have been in fitness for 30 years like he has or you haven't.
