The role has certainly changed.

We moved from the one show in Chicago.

Our first expansion was West.

Started in San Diego, moved it to Los Angeles, and now it's in Las Vegas.

Then our e-show was in New Jersey and COVID happened.

Thinking about success, things working, how do you measure what worked at the show? Like, is it just how many people walked through the door? What metrics are you paying attention to?
