But one of the things that I love about this film then and even today is because Watching it as a kid, and again, I'm just assuming my thoughts from back then, there's a lot of stuff that we wouldn't have picked up on as a kid, other than the fact that people aren't going to believe you when you try to tell them something crazy.

But watching it now, Jim Hutton, who plays the husband, is such a fucking gaslighting prick that it makes you realize back then how things were for men and women and how they reacted because he's got a job.

He wants to get this big promotion.

So you need to shut the fuck up and let me do my job and you be the housewife.

Yeah.

So she's had her... foot in the horror genre a few times.

And then Jim Hutton, who plays her dick husband, he's been in a bunch of stuff.

He was in A Psychic Killer, which I don't know if I would recommend.
