We have to deal with, you know, uh, scale innovation." And one of my colleagues, uh, ThoughtWorks was a company that just produced, uh, authors and books and a lot of leading-edge, fantastic people.

Uh, Martin Fowler, who, you know, was one of the signatories of the Agile Manifesto, Jim Highsmith, all these people worked there.

So, um, literally when I got a job there, it was like kid in a candy store type stuff.

I was sitting around all these amazing people who to me were my sort of heroes, you know.

And that is, you know, where does the agent get their, their learning experiences from, and where does a human get their learning experience from? And the difference between experiential learning and just surfing the net.

A- and so, you know, what, what thoughts do you have about, uh, the distinction between those two types of learning?

Yeah, so, um, I'm actually in the middle of writing a blog series with, uh, Jim Highsmith, again, one of the early signers of the Agile Manifesto.

I actually did a podcast with Jim too as well, and o- one of the sort of nuggets he shared with me is he's mad into orienteering.

Look out for those items in the middle, 'cause sometimes people just kind of check out and you wanna see are they just voting to get it over with, or are they voting because a- they really think that, right? So those are, again, good decision points.
