And things like how you make decisions and what decisions you allow AI to make and what decisions you save for humans is gonna be a, a really important piece of how you go about managing.

So I've talked about this idea of judgment-oriented management as opposed to process-oriented management, and we're gonna have to make that shift.

It's not that the process management's gonna go away, but a shift in emphasis to decision-making and judgment.

And I define capability, so I, uh, judgment capability is not a function.

I started saying a function, but it is an emergent property of knowledge, experience, and particularly decision, I mean, consequence bearing decisions and judgment.

And she's a neuroscientist.

and has delved into AI for 15 or 20 years, had various startups.

And she really talks a lot in that book about how do you build the creative minds that we'll need for the future, as opposed to the non-creative minds.
