What do you oftentimes see as you're interacting with companies?

There is a mix.

So over the last 15 years, I've been the CEO of two different companies and they each had their challenges.

The first one, the one I mentioned earlier, I went in and there were two founders.

One was the COO, one was the, no, one was the CTO, one was the CEO.

And they were technically brilliant guys.

Now, the guy who was a CTO, all the support issues, all the big important ones were going through him.

How can smaller companies bring in some of these approaches to really building an operating discipline within the company? Give us a little bit of your perspective there.
