And for the founders, they were really, they're really inspired by the work from Algonquin Press of Chapel Hill, which was, you know, in the 80s formed around getting folks who were working people, essentially.

They were writers who also had day jobs because they were in the South and And that's where we get, you know, a lot of really great Southern writers that were put through everybody from, you know, Lewis Norton and, you know, to Jill McCorkle and all these like fantastic writers.

Larry Brown, Clyde Edgerton.

Yeah, Larry Brown, Clyde Edgerton, who kind of came out of nowhere a little bit because this press was like, we're not worried about.

I was a student of Clyde Edgerton's back at UNC, and that was when I really first discovered Southern fiction and fell in love with it, and that introduced me to Lee Smith and then Fred Chappell, the poet.

And that era spawned this newer era that you might see, you know, Greg.

I certainly ha-have learned a lot from different people along the way.
