I'm wondering who the typical user is or who the different types of users are and how do they actually use the platform? Like what would be a typical process that they would run?
13:37
Absolutely.
13:37
So if we just kind of start at the beginning, certainly buyers use the platform.
13:42
They're thinking about how much inventory they need to have to avoid stockouts, how much should they need.
13:47
So on those planning purposes, procurement buyers are there, absolutely.
13:52
Then you think about inbound folks on getting product from supply and inbound, whether it's for a manufacturing site or distribution or retail.
14:01
How do they get their shelves or their warehouses or make sure they have a product for production? And that's typically transport and logistics.

thing? I can give you an example like Samsung's a customer of ours.
71:23
That would be-- That's sort of when I read this, I was like, it feels like a financial engineering outcome more than anything.
71:29
Yeah.
71:29
I'd say like from a first principle standpoint, I just like to win.
71:33
And when I looked at the way it was set up, it wasn't set up to win.
71:36
Um, and so that was my main, my main driver there.
71:39
Of course, I also look at what's the value to the customers.
71:42
The reality is is that, um, when you have these two separate, uh, use cases internally in different languages, it's very difficult to get all the executive team and everybody, uh, understanding and speaking as well, the, the same language.

So what does that mean operationally?
31:47
Mm-hmm.
31:47
We have all these use cases and all different languages all around the world for shipping schedules and, uh, for vessels, for air freight booking, for air freight ra- ra- rate quote, for a POD, for, uh, a truckload, for all these things all around the world, everything you can think of.
32:03
And we will just run A/B tests constantly with all these different vendors.
32:08
And we'll see which- uh, then this was thesis.
32:10
We'll see whichever one's best, and then we'll, like, figure out how to partner with them.
32:14
And the interesting thing came back is nobody was the best at everything.
32:19
Not a single one.
