And I really am sticking to that.

I mean, we've seen times in Jordan Morris's career where he prefers the left, where he looks great on the left.

He looks a lot less effective on the left side.

It's really night and day.

from that first half to the second half in a lot of ways, but we've seen a few times over the last few matches, Jordan starts on the left because Brian rightfully wants Jordan on the left because it frees up the right for Jesus Ferreira.

Understand why he wants to do it, but it's just not coming off with Jordan Morris right now on the left side.

yeah let's talk more about Jesus Ferreira because that's the other big thing is that Jesus Ferreira was coming back from his own injury he's been getting these chunks of minutes 15 30 30 and kind of was the question of All right.

When will we see Jesus Ferreira start? He makes his first start since recovering from the injury today.

Well, what about some more injury updates? The guy ahead of Gomez on the depth chart, Jesus Ferreira.

What's going on with him?

Well, he's itching to start, too.

He provides, I think, something major.

Then you have Jesus Ferreira.

He comes on in the 64th minute, as well as Snyder Burnell.

Ryan Saylor comes off.

He scores the goal.

And one of the big debates we had that I want to now bring to Sounders Weekly is who should be starting on the right wing.

If Jordan Morris is your left winger, Deke, you know, Dejan Jovovich is your forward, Albert Rusnak's between them, who starts on the right wing? Even if Jesus Ferreira is able to start and, say, go 60 minutes against San Diego on Saturday, would you start Jesus Ferreira if he's 60 minutes good to go, or would you start Seba Gomez?

Well, and I think Paul Areola is another guy who's in the mix for these minutes at the position as well.

the biggest one was sort of highlighted in this game, and that's, like, what do you do about the Jesús Ferreira, Albert Rusnák thing? Because best we can tell, Jordan Morris looks like he's most comfortable on the right.

Albert Rusnák still looks like he's a pretty capable number 10, although he did not...

He, he may have had his worst game against Montreal, quite frustratingly.

the biggest thing the Sounders are gonna have to figure out is who's your number 10? Is it, are you sticking with Albert Rusnák, who I'm inclined to, to keep giving time because he's, he's still [laughs] putting up numbers.

But Je- Jesús Ferreira undeniably brings a kinda energy to that position that they don't have otherwise.

Well, and I think, too, if, if you are looking at the Sprint season as a time to assess what you've got going forward, do you really wanna assess what you've got going forward in Albert Rusnák at the 10 or in Jesús Ferreira at the 10? Because if Jesús Ferreira gets the nod at 10 and, and you say, "We're gonna see what you can do over with a consistent run at that position," and he knocks it out of the park, that's pretty useful information.
