How do you separate yourself in that field, uh, you know, through your content? Like how, where are you, where are you driving, uh, or der- deriving content from, and how do you separate yourself?

Oh, that's a great question.

You know, a little bit of everything, and I think a lot of that is just within the work that we do.

Obviously, we work with a, a variety of people, right? We have employers on one side, we have job seekers on the other.

We also have those who we would consider to be freelancers and contractors, right? They own their own businesses, whether they're a solo entrepreneur or maybe they have a really small team.

Um, we have students who, they're not really in the in- they're kind of in the in-between, if you will.

We also have people who are just passionate about our industry.

Like, what would make them stand out to those, uh, employers that are posting that job?

Did you ever have any of that kickback, or were people pretty receptive when you started in 2021?

Um, great question.

Uh, yes, again, I hate to be like a yes and no girl, 'cause nothing drives me crazier than a yes and no.

Like, no, you, you can't be both.

You have to pick one.

That being said, from job seekers, job seekers have always, always, always been incredibly receptive to it because again, they are the person who in theory is in the most pain.

And I say that coming from the perspective of if you don't have a job, you're likely not going to have income.

What would you say you have done well with Of The West in the slow and steady, where you didn't, like, put the cart before the horse or anything like that, that has allowed you guys to continue to not only still be around, but to successfully be around, to be thriving, and to be a go-to place for job seekers and employers?
