Jess Wolfe

"Spectralize" was written by Johnny Marr, uh, the legendary guitarist from The Smiths, and he plays guitars on it, too.

And he's not the only special guest because the album also has contributions from Glenn Matlock, the original bassist for, of Sex Pistols, Zak Condon of Beirut, and Jess Wolfe, and Dolly Lasing of Lucius, plus others.

Debbie Harry said in a statement that the album is classic Blondie and a recognition of all their different influences and eras turned into something new.

And the band describes it as a mix where rock and roll and punk sit next to dance music and Latin rhythms.

Released on Pius Records, the album picked up huge acclaim and saw them chosen to join the road of acts such as Tegan and Sarah, Andrew Byrd and Jack White.

The album's critical success had led to co-front women Jess Wolfe and Holly Lasig to be in Demand Sessions.

To be in demand session musicians where they have worked with the likes of Joni Mitchell, Brandi Carlile, The War on Drugs, The Killers, and a young British man you may have heard of called Harry Styles.

I feel like a dog where you're like saying all my favorite words.
