What, what did you tout as, like, your resume and your reason that, that the director of hockey ops was your place to make an impact at the University of Minnesota?

Yeah.

Um, honestly, you know, I, I, because of those relationships, had the opportunity to, to have some discussion on the front end with, with Frosty, like I said, and, and Joel too.

Um, Bethany Bralson was there at the time as well.

Um, but just sort of looking at and figuring out what they were looking for.

Um, and hockey ops, as you guys know, is a little bit of everything.

You know, it's a lot of video, it's meals, it's travel, it's anything that's not coaching, essentially.

What do you think has changed that's kinda held Minnesota back since setting a standard?
