Kasi [laughs] katakot-takot yung objection kanina, hindi ba? Oh, ikaw bilang isang abogado no, ano, ano bang tingin mo sa nangyaring proceedings kanina?
14:31
Well ako, I would like to say 'no I've very, uh, limited trial experience but I have observed and ako mismo sa mga kaso ko na observe ko na yan, yung mga objection, yung pag-examine ng witness.
14:44
So doon ako manggagaling, uh, as part of the public or as part of the accused or the complainant na ikaw yung gustong manalo sa case.
14:52
Of course, trabaho yan.
14:53
So we respect and I respect, uh, the defense if it is trying to do its job to exclude all evidence kasi, uh, sa nature ng ating legal system ngayon at sa legal culture na meron ang Pilipinas, ganyan ang style or strategy.
15:10
Pero yun nga, we have to think outside of the box.
15:12
So ako, ang gusto kong tingnan diyan, may problema sa over-judicialization ng, uh, impeachment process kasi pag adversarial, yun talaga yung gagawin ng isang side to try to exclude everything kahit na, uh, mukha nang ridiculous or baseless yung ground.
19:02
Go ahead.
8:26
Mm-hmm
8:26
...
8:26
but the Supreme Court increased it to suspension for one year.
8:30
Um, sabi kasi nila aggravating daw because I used words like dilawan, and that is ano, ah, very borderline freedom of speech or political speech, but that's what the Supreme Court found, no, and I accept their wisdom.
8:45
That's their wisdom.
8:46
The other is, um, because I have a prior, ano, dis- uh, disciplinary case already, yung contempt, which is a totally different issue.
8:54
So without going through that, um, and I'm not saying I will file an MR. I'm, I'm still thinking if, uh, I, I will still file a motion for reconsideration because hope springs eternal naman.

22:36
Pero how does this affect your, your public, uh, engagement, the way you articulate your views regarding issues? Ibig sabihin ba magbe-behave ka na?
28:45
Woke pa naman ako, woke.
28:46
Pero I have to clarify ha, baka may mga nanonood na gender advocates diyan ha.
28:50
So siyempre ako, I generally respect people's right to privacy.
28:55
Hindi ta- hindi natin dapat ina-out ang mga LGBT but may exception 'yan.
29:01
And, and this is a well-accepted principle.
29:04
If you're a politician in power and you pretend to not be something that you are, you stay in the closet and you don't support yung mga SOGIE bill, yung mga same-sex marriage, yung mga ganyan, you use your power to oppress your own kind, that is the time when you can be outed.

Okay
43:49
... or ng buong, ah, commissioners.
