After learning that a stranger has been accidentally killed near their rural homes, four Oregon boys decide to see the body.

On the way, Gordy LeChamp , Vern Tesso , Chris Chambers , and Teddy DeChamp encounter a mean junkman and a marsh full of leeches.

The movie also spawned a soundtrack that was almost as big as the movie itself.

The soundtrack bringing back the Motown songs from the late 50s and whatnot to populate this entire movie and every single song you find yourself singing to.

And again, as history shows, the sales for the soundtrack went through the roof now i can't say anything more about this movie without pointing out the fact that these four actors you know will wheaton and river phoenix corey feldman and jerry o'connell while either they're at the they've been acting for a little bit of a while or they're just starting like early into their careers each of these kids do a fabulous job there is so much realism and emotion that are brought to the forefront for each of them.

And they have fantastic characters between the three of them, each completely different from the other three, which is, first of all, a fantastic job of the translation of the Stephen King novella, The Body, that Rob Reiner does.
