um you know uta was a an amazing full-service talent agency that effectively in 2014 had no music business um there was a there was a i won't say i shouldn't say no there was some yeah but but relatively new Yeah, well, there was a couple of agents who had been there for a while, but beyond those couple of agents, there wasn't anything else going on.

But Jeremy Zimmer, who was the CEO of UTA and the board there, had really decided we need to build this in order to be a real, well-rounded talent agent.

Now, of course, she still has her team and this is odd because the thing is tom normally if i was at an agency and the head of the agency dissed me i would be like oh see you later i'm gonna go take my business elsewhere but she can't because then a year after she signed with wme jeremy zimmer the head of UTA, the other agency, came out and went public saying that he didn't think she was a great talent in anything.

I am paraphrasing, but of course, that's it.

So Megan has nowhere else to go.
