So just for my understanding, and also to bring it to life a bit, could you give us an understanding of what type of assets you invest in? And just, you know, an example or two from each type, if that's possible.

So about a third of our portfolio is direct lending of different types.

So those are SME loans to enterprises delivering local services such as health and education or local community energy.

We invest through funds and also social banks targeting 5% to 10% returns sort of across all of those different vehicles.

A typical underlying investment there would be something like Bradford Trident that works in a deprived area delivering local community centres, nursery, health services and sports facilities.

Then another third of our portfolio is social and affordable housing.

So this targets 6% to 8% returns.

What about other institutional investors who might not be investing as much as maybe they should in the UK? What would you say about that and how can we convince them to do more and more perhaps with yourselves?

But anyways, so, so I don't use that one there, but I did use a certain thing that has a very vanilla, woody scent from Paul's.

And then when I went to the bathroom on my last, uh, bathroom break, um-But I was trying my best to get out of the way and take my calls, like, out of the way.
