And if you look at like the journals and diaries of the secretaries of the Treasury of the US, They are so stressed out because they have foreigners coming in and they're playing that kind of like back end gold silver ratio and they're melting American coins to do that.
J

and then you had gold coinage which was you know minted but circulated a little less because yeah that was a lot of money that was a lot of money to have and then you also have all the credit out there you know my thinking was yeah it'd be really cool to go back to the gold standard but i think a lot of people think that it's like hey going back to the gold standard would solve so many problems but there are some real issues with the gold standard and and one of those is you know today Like 99% of our copper is used in industry.

You know, we've, we've dealt with this problem at Goldback where the bank just says, "Gee, the regulators are putting a lot of pressure on us.
J
11:52Jeremy CordonGUEST
Uh, we don't know if we can continue this banking relationship." And I, I know it happens to influencers too.

Um, but you know, we have some, at, at least we have, like, a, a bunch of different banks, but if you centralize that control and you make it uniform, like in China, you can just bankrupt all of your opponents and make it so scary-Or, you know, China, they don't even talk about politics.
