I mean, I think the first thing to always say is that all patients will be on best standard of care.

And then patients will be randomized to a dummy or placebo drug and active arms A or B or C, let's say.

So one advantage you can see there statistically is that the rate of active new drug to placebo is in favor of the active drugs.

The second thing to say is, as you said, as an arm is dropped, then participants are first of all briefed of being in a trial.

And then once an appropriate washout has taken place, if they fulfill the entry criteria, then clearly they can come back into trial.
