Connor EaregoodGUEST
It's not ground you wanna be on.
Connor EaregoodGUEST
Uh, but they do have some young guys they feel really good about, uh, Jeremiah Favorite, KJ Doriso, that, um, you know, maybe it's not gonna help this team win to play true freshmen-
Jack EblingHOST
Mm-hmm
Connor EaregoodGUEST
... uh, but it might help them in the back end.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
He's off the availability report, which means he's available for Saturday.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
And then true freshmen, Jeremiah Favorite and KJ, uh, D- Deriza, or Deriza.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
I can't remember how to pronounce it.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
Uh, maybe see Andrew Brinson getting some play, uh, i- in this game.
Connor EaregoodGUEST

... uh, but it might help them in the back end, so-
Matt SheehanHOST
Uh, that's great.
Matt SheehanHOST
So it'd probably be Nyje Burt starting at one end, and then one of these two freshmen, uh, Jeremiah Favorite and KJ Deriso.
Matt SheehanHOST
You are out your top three linebackers.
Matt SheehanHOST
That is, of course, Jordan Hull, Brady Pretzloff, and Kaleb Wheatland.
Connor EaregoodHOST
Like I would too.
Andrew GrahamHOST
Try not to do the same thing to Jeremiah Favorite.
Connor EaregoodHOST
Yeah, and that's like [laughs] yeah.
Connor EaregoodHOST
And, and-
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
In crunch time against Illinois, MSU had a pair of true freshmen out there at like, in a starting role essentially.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
In crunch time, it was, uh, it was true freshmen KJ Deri- uh, DeRiso and Jeremiah Favorite as your, as your main two cornerbacks.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
Like, uh, that, that's tough, guy.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
I mean, that's really, really tough.
Matt SheehanHOST
[laughs]
Stephen BrooksGUEST
The Corrados, the Jeremiah Favorite, KJ Derizo scout team type of guys-
Matt SheehanHOST
Right
Stephen BrooksGUEST
... that aren't, like, really getting the scheme, you know, during the week in terms of, "Guys, here's what we're gonna do on third down.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
Trey Bell can't go.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
Uh, you know, you have Charles Brantley, and you'll probably see, it was Jeremiah Favorite last week, a true freshman stepping out for, on the outside for Michigan State, so they really need Trey Bell in this game.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
Uh, we'll have to s- this, I'm recording this on late Friday morning actually.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
There'll be another availability report coming out Friday night.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
They've had to really dig into depth.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
And then against Wisconsin, the third cornerback who rotated in was Jeremiah Favorite, a true freshman.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
So you'd really like to get Tyron Chappelle healthy.
Jacob CotsonikaHOST
Charles Brown actually played pretty decent against Wisconsin, probably one of the best games he's played all season.
Matt SheehanHOST
But yeah, if you go ahead and blitz, uh, y- maybe your corners can stay sticky with their receivers, which actually does include former Spartan Tyrell Henry.
Matt SheehanHOST
How about that? How about that? So guys, yeah, uh, we're looking at corners being Chuck Brantley, Andrew Brinson, maybe true freshman Jeremiah Favorite.
Matt SheehanHOST
Even your linebackers are, are banged up, guys.
Matt SheehanHOST
We already talked about Jordan Hall.
