Um, and she trains with, um, [lip smacks] Trevor Painter, Jenny Meadows, part of the M11 Track Club with Keely Hodgkinson and Georgia Aubertel.

Um, but obviously not one of their more heralded athletes.

But she's, you know, she comes in, she's got a two flat 800 personal best and a kind of 4:08 1500 personal best.

pre-Europeans and this is before she'd run 154 and now I've seen her at the end of the season running 154 in her first season coupling with the fact that her threshold her lactate down point she's running those at like what 620s 630s per mile yeah says to me that another year her limiting factory is just her engine like another year of building that engine and that still won't be at her at the ceiling but another year building that engine she's going to be unstoppable next year if she has a smooth ride um but i'm not discounting i'm not counting out vero improving as well because vero has improved significantly this year too and i think vero is capable of breaking breaking the world record next year and i think keely's what capable of breaking the world record too so i think all three of them are and then you're also factoring last year's world champion who wasn't that present as well so then there's four people there and then also we're not factoring in the fact that there might be someone else who comes out of the woodworks as well which will probably happen you know sarah billings this year had a an immense uh season as well breaking the Australian record she was in there she finished 7th in 158.8 long season for her as well Commonwealth Games was in there as well I think there's going to be another elevation next year I think for the women's 800 and it's going to be exciting to watch so you know I think if anything I think she's going to benefit from that Keely I think she's going to walk away and think, I really need to knuckle down here.

And I've seen Jenny Meadows saying that she thinks this is what Keely needs.

She thrives off competition.

And I think she will definitely thrive off the competition she's had this year.

She still had a very good season.
