Talk about your you know, how you develop relationships, how that was over those years.

I always say that there's a very, there's something really special about Channel 3 that the relationships you form there.

I still have so many friends who from 30 years ago, 20 years ago, 10 years ago.

That this the newsroom is a pressure cooker and it's a different kind of stress.

I think at other jobs where maybe their stress is divided among eight hours.

Our stress really is compressed in that maybe last hour before airtime and you're with these people you're discussing really hard, terrible things, and you're figuring out how to broadcast that.

And having other people in the newsroom experiencing that in the same way, you form this really special bond.

Maybe you can just tell us a little bit about what they were like in life.

Like, how should they manage where to go, what to see, w- sort of how to time, how to time their participation, uh, in the conference? And I don't know who wants to start, so I'll, I'll leave it to you two.

I can kind of cover a high level of this.

Um, so, uh, the Outlier Conference is fully virtual this year.

It's going to run actually from June 23rd through the 26th, depending on what you decide you wanna participate in, because we have a new feature this year, which is optional, which is a pre-conference challenge.

This is actually a really, really exciting data partnership with the United Nations.

And attendees can participate in this if they would like, or they can do the full main conference, which is your normal, traditional keynotes, track sh- track sessions, tooling demos, um, everything around networking, our Unconferences, if you've been to Outlier before.

We've got also very exciting, uh, speaker networking that we're gonna plug in.

But there's clearly a, an obvious trade-off, and I'm just wondering, like, what you have all tried to do to, like, mitigate that, which I think is probably the biggest concern people have about virtual conferences.
