What would you recommend for someone who's in a season of frustration or failure and they're losing their confidence and they can just see it slipping away day by day? What would you do to encourage them?

So I talk about in the book, there's kind of two, there are many parts of our brains, but one of them is this critical voice.

The one that says, oh, yeah, you're not going to do well at that.

Oh, yeah, you failed yesterday.

You're going to fail again today and you're going to fail again tomorrow.

And so that is a natural part of our brain and that part of our brain is here to keep us safe.

I love that comparison because people, especially introverts, think, well, I don't want to become an extrovert, so I'm not going to change.

And there are consequences to not changing and not changing, when I say that, not changing behaviors.
